IGL Pipeline Installation Project – Vrindavan Garden Society
Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is one of the leading natural gas distribution companies in India, responsible for supplying PNG (Piped Natural Gas) to residential, commercial, and industrial consumers. As part of the expansion of clean energy infrastructure, Karmasthala Infra & Services Private Limited is currently executing a pipeline installation project at Vrindavan Garden Society.
Project Overview
The project involves the installation and development of PNG pipeline infrastructure within the residential premises of Vrindavan Garden Society. The objective is to provide residents with a safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly natural gas supply for domestic cooking and energy requirements.
Our team is responsible for the complete execution of the project, including planning, trenching, pipeline laying, testing, and commissioning in accordance with safety and technical standards prescribed by IGL.
Scope of Work
The project scope includes several critical engineering and infrastructure activities:
1. Site Survey & Planning
A comprehensive site inspection and technical survey were conducted to determine the most efficient pipeline routes within the society. Detailed planning ensures minimal disruption to residents and existing infrastructure.
2. Trenching & Civil Works
Our civil engineering team performs controlled trenching operations for underground pipeline installation while maintaining safety and structural integrity of surrounding areas.
3. Pipeline Installation
High-quality MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) pipelines are being installed to ensure long-term durability, leak resistance, and efficient gas distribution.
4. Safety Testing & Quality Control
All pipelines undergo pressure testing, leak detection, and quality inspections to comply with strict safety regulations and operational standards.
5. Household Connections
The project also includes the installation of individual gas connections for residential units, enabling direct PNG supply to each household.
